short story is posted by the author after he finished the main story, however the short story is the prequel of the character which only involved in the main story for the first 3 chapters, they’re not the main character, nor show up pass chapter 3, so you can read them pretty much whenever, all it does is telling you the relationship of the MC and other summoned hero

Just a warning to new readers, the other 4 summons… don’t figure in the novel at all at least at where this translation currently is (136) then I went to the source and turns out the whole novel is 410 chapter or so and soutas story is within the first 330 and then ends… Like for real ends. And then the side of the other 4 start and I theorize that the 2 stories had nothing to do with each other… a really weird move by the author XDDDDDDD
